Guided Growth Services is an independent consultancy supporting businesses, charities, CICs and social enterprises with business development, funding and tender opportunities. Drawing on extensive experience in organisational leadership, business strategy and project development across the UK and internationally, we provide practical support that helps organisations plan, grow and secure new opportunities.
We work closely with clients to understand their challenges, identify opportunities and develop a clear way forward. Whether that means strengthening a business strategy, preparing a funding application or managing a complex tender submission, our approach is hands-on, straightforward and tailored to the organisation.
Many organisations have excellent ideas and ambitious plans but lack the time, resources or specialist support to move them forward. We help bridge that gap, bringing structure, direction and practical expertise to turn opportunities into achievable results.
Meet The Founder
I'm the founder of Guided Growth Services, bringing over 30 years of experience across business management, organisational leadership, consultancy and project development.
My career has taken me across the UK and internationally, working with businesses, charities, social enterprises and organisations of different sizes. I've held senior leadership positions, including CEO, Managing Director and Finance Director, and worked on projects involving business development, funding, organisational strategy and human rights.
My international experience includes work connected with the Council of Europe and projects across Europe, including the Balkans, as well as North Africa. Working in different environments has taught me the importance of understanding the people, challenges and circumstances behind every organisation, rather than assuming one approach will work for everyone.
I've also worked as a business and enterprise coach, helping people develop their ideas, strengthen their organisations and make informed decisions about their next steps.
Through Guided Growth Services, I bring that experience together to offer practical support with business development, grant funding, tender submissions and strategic planning.
I enjoy getting involved in the detail, finding solutions and helping clients move projects forward. I believe good consultancy should offer more than advice. It should make a genuine difference to what an organisation can achieve.
